It's so good to have the girls home. I missed them last week during Spring Break. Jeff and I gave them a trip to Russia to visit thier birthfamilies. They needed to go and get some clarity on their early childhoods. It was amazing for them to experience Russian life again, this time as young adults. They were able to connect with famiy members and are grateful for that opportunity. I want to put a page up on my web site with photos and info about their trip. Their story is so moving and it reminds me that God is always with us, directing our paths, IF WE LET HIM. Hopefully, in the next week, it will be up and running.
This Friday night, I'll be singing and playing guitar at the Lincoln/Reagan dinner in Monroe. Next week is some practices and recording sessions for my newest song, Fresh Paint....then I'm singing with the Monroe County ISD students at their 20th anniversary music show on Thursday night at Monroe High School. I'm looking forward to that.
Until then, I'm slowly wittling away at my book. My computer crashed last week, so for now, I have to write at the family computer....not easy to do at times as everyone else wants to use it!
